On March 21, climate activists from Third Act braved the rain in several locations around Los Angeles as part of the Stop Dirty Banks national day of action to draw attention to how Bank of America, Chase, Citibank, and Wells Fargo continue to pour billions of dollars into fossil fuel investments.

LA Climate Reality supported the demonstrations, which occurred locally in Long Beach (photo above), Beverly Hills, and Studio City, as well as over 100 other locations across the country.

Third Act was founded by Bill McKibben to organize experienced Americans over the age of sixty to confront the climate crisis and protect democracy.
