On Wednesday, March 26th, from 5:30-7:30 PST, Notes from the Inflection Point will be holding our first event: When Words Meet Wilderness.
Many of us carry the weight of ecological awareness, scrolling through catastrophic headlines in silence. No matter how you feel—overwhelmed, afraid, angry, nostalgic—you are not alone.
When Words Meet Wilderness will be a mindful writing space to reflect on and collectively document and witness our responses to planetary change. This is not a “what is climate change” workshop, nor is this a substitute for licensed therapy.
What to Expect:
Grounding Meditation - We’ll begin with a lightly guided meditation to ground ourselves in the moment and with the group
Community Guidelines - To ensure a space where everyone feels empowered to share, feedback will be limited to appreciation only
Guided Writing Practice - Respond to prompts exploring: The emotional landscape of climate change, sensory connections to places we cherish, and the physical experience of ecological grief Community
Sharing Circle - Optional sharing in a non-judgmental space where all voices are welcomed
Suggested donation: $10
