Panelists from the city and non-profit partners will discuss the importance of culturally-relevant and multilingual campaigns through trusted partner networks, community health educators, especially in target community languages, to reduce the risks of extreme heat in low-income areas that lack air conditioning, and awareness about how heat waves are longer in duration and more frequent.
