The Climate Curricula & Youth Action Committee meets the second Saturday of the month at 2pm.

The committee is focused on bringing climate literacy education and environmental justice to all subjects and grade levels in the Los Angeles Unified School District. The committee was successful in passing a climate literacy resolution with the LAUSD school board in February of 2022. With the passing of the resolution, over a half-a-million students, 30,000 teachers and over 1000 K-12 schools will be reached. Please join the committee’s work of implementing the resolution and building youth leadership in the Climate Reality Project.
