The Christian Science Monitor will host an in-person panel, slide show and discussion about their Pulitzer Center-funded multi-part series on the “Climate Generation,” Thursday, Jan. 18 at 7:30 p.m. at the Newport Beach Civic Center. This past year, the newspaper sent their reporters and photographers around the globe to talk to the young people inheriting this crisis, to the Canadian Arctic, Namibia, Portugal, Barbados, the Rockies of Montana, Bangladesh and beyond. The news was largely positive, solutions-oriented, and upbeat about this generation's energy and ability to face the issue; come hear for yourself and join in the discussion!
