Please join Elders Climate Action’s SoCal Chapter at the April 29 court hearing downtown L.A. of the 18 brave young people involved with the Genesis vs. EPA case, being represented by “Our Children's Trust” non-profit public interest law firm. They’ll all be wearing wear blue and/or green to show their solidarity in supporting these brave young Californians as they demand legal protection of their constitutional rights to a safe climate for all present and future generations.

Please note seating may be limited depending on capacity of the courtroom. So, plan to arrive at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California at 10:00 am to welcome the plaintiffs as they arrive at the courthouse and secure a seat!
